Here are some answers to common questions about your meetings…

TRAVEL

  • One (1) refundable airline ticket will be provided by the hiring company or association. Fuel reimbursement only for local events.

  • Transportation to and from the airport and the event site should be reimbursed.

Hotel accommodations should be made at or near the event site for the day before the event (2 days if the meeting is early morning, evening or international).

We would be happy to make arrangements ourselves, if needed.

Beverly’s goal is to make sure you look good, and she will go out of her way to make sure that there are no issues. You will get no surprises or exorbitant bills. She knows that your reputation is on the line.
